For the past ten years I have worked as a school psychologist and for the past six years I have been involved in animal-assisted therapy with children.

Casey, my golden retriever, and I are certified as a team through the Delta Society. We work together in my school district to assist special education children reach their individual education goals. We also volunteer with Kelly Voigt to present dog bite prevention strategies and general information about dogs in the Chicago area and southern Wisconsin.

One of my special interests is to help children like Kelly learn to overcome negative experiences with dogs.
